Bexley Village Tutors specialises in Mathematics for GCSE and A-level.
(We can also help Y9 students check they have a solid foundation in maths before starting GCSE, particularly via our Summer School in Jul/Aug).
Our standard rates for mathematics for a full one hour tutorial (one-to-one) are from January 2026:
Summer School £39/ (50 mins)
GCSE: £45/h
A-level: £56/h
Degree level: £75/h
(Professional Consultancy: from £95/h)
All GCSE and A-level tuition includes work to complete between sessions, to consolidate learning.

We can support students through work set by their school, or focus on specific areas where the student needs help.

Current Availability
We are currently fully booked (as of December 2025). However, we are keeping a waiting list of Y10s and Y12s who would like to start tutorials in May 2026 ahead of their exams in 2027.

In late July and August (2026) we hope to run "catch up" summer tutorials for pupils in Y8, 9, 10 and 12, consolidating their knowledge ahead of the next school year.
Location
We are located in Bexley Village. Since March 2020 we have offered all tuition remotely, one to one, via the internet. This has proved to be very popular and an effective approach to learning. It has also let us tutor students in Kent, Essex, Cornwall, Italy and Cyprus.
